Acting only as agents for suppliers, Discovery Cruises and Tours is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. For your own protection, it is important that you have adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. You should carry proof of insurance in the event you need medical attention while outside the U.S. Additional information and application forms for all types of coverage will be supplied to you prior to departure. Please note, Medicare is not valid outside the U.S.

No visas are required for Greece as long as you have a valid U.S. Passport. The cruise line will handle Turkish visas.

Passenger will then be invoiced for any fare cost increase.

CRUISE CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION OF ITINERARY: The cruise line (the Line) reserves the right to cancel any cruise, with or without notice, in which case the passage money will be refunded. It also reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any cruise or tour, if, for any reason, this becomes necessary or desirable. Additionally, the Line may, for the same reasons, substitute any other vessel (owned or managed by the Line) for the one named in this brochure. In both these cases, no refund is due to the passenger unless justified by the type of new accommodation offered. The Line also reserves the right to change or alter the sequence of ports or stops on land tours.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:If a passenger cancels his/her tour membership for any reason up to 90 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation fee of two hundred dollars ($200) to cover administrative and communication costs. Cancellations received 74-59 days prior to departure: penalty is 25% of tour cost; 58-30 days: penalty is 50% of tour cost; NO REFUND for cancellations within twenty-nine (29) days of departure — trip cancellation and interruption insurance is available and is highly recommended.
